There’s something innate to being human that makes you want to be present. You want to experience a moment, a texture, a nuance - something irreplaceable that is part of existing in this universe.
A main focus of my work is natural materials, folklore, and ancient motifs.
As a multidisciplinary artist, I'm innately curious - always wanting to try new things, new methods of expression, and different ways to process the world around me. This ranges from photography, watercolour painting, ink drawing, printmaking, metalwork, and performance.
from a working class immigrant background, my work focuses on colloquial identities and explores everyday relationships with people and their landscapes, whether that be a grassy terrain or a factory floor.
the main focus of my art practise is intimacy - intimacy with making, intimacy with materials, and intimacy with space and memory.
“You can tell how unique each piece is, and that makes every item she sells even more special.”
